Om to Gratefulness

I am grateful for my mind.
I honor it.

It is always working so hard and helps me function.

It takes blows and falls.

It tells me when I need to let go.

It’s always working in the background, foreground,
and in connection with all.

It may not always be sharp, or smart, or knowing. It does its best.

It helps me to connect with creation and find my potential.

I have all the time in the world to explore my mind and more.

I am grateful for my body.
I honor it.

It is always with me and helps me to move in life.

It takes blows and falls.

It tells me when I need rest or nurturing.

It may not move the way it always did, but it accepts change.

And with the slower movement, I see different things.

I have time to notice things I never did before, things that bring me joy and keep me moving.

I am grateful for my life.
I honor it.

It is always with me in the past, present, and future.

It takes blows and falls.

It tells me lessons and allows me to absorb them.

It may not turn out the way I think it will, but it exists for me.

And with these lessons, I have choices, and I can see whatever I want to see.

I have all the time in the world to learn, and all the time in the world to teach.

I am grateful for my relations.
I honor them.

They always show me things I need to know.

They take blows and falls.

They show me lessons and teach me knowing.

They may not be perfect, but they exist for me.

And with these lessons, I have choices, and I can see whatever I want to see.

I have all the time in the world to learn, and all the time in the world to teach.

I am grateful for myself.
I honor ME.

I always experience, see, and know.

I take blows and falls.

I see, learn, and teach from my soul.

I may not be perfect, but I am…I am pertinent.

And with this existence, I have choices, and I can see whatever I want to see.

I have all the time in the world to feel, see, and know how I can just BE.

My only purpose in life is to BE… happy.
